Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SCOUT purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
